How does it work?

The DV8 Casting capsule streamlines the fishing setup, by converging the various masses into a single aerodynamic missile. This reduces drag forces and maximises the aerodynamic efficiency of the cast.

During the cast the bait is supported and protected inside the capsule and cannot be torn from the hook, or hooks.
In flight, the capsule is streamlined and balanced, improving distances with both bulky and/or delicate baits.

The DV8 Casting capsule protects the bait from destructive impact forces as it hits the water.

The bait is ejected from the tube, as the capsule drops through the water column after splashdown. The capsule and rig then descend to the seabed as would a regular setup.
