The DV8 Casting capsule

Here you can see that the hook snood is longer than the rig body itself. There is just the right amount of slack in this setup.

When using longer snoods, you can coil up the slack and put it into the capsule alongside your bait. As long as this is practiced with care, presentation is perfect everytime. Depending on the bait (or the use of a plug) it is often possible to leave long snoods trailing.
